Policies and Terms

~ Kula Fields customers can call, fax, email, or order online for a produce box delivery &/or grocery items. Customers MUST place an order for a produce box in order to get any grocery delivery.

~ The contents of the produce boxes will vary week to week depending on the time of year & what we are told is looking good according to our farmers. We always try to get a nice selection out to the customers.

~ In order to receive our service you will need to give us a valid credit card number, an accurate billing address for that C.C. number & the 3-digit security code on the back of that card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. It is the customers responsibility to notify us of a change in cards, billing address, or expiration date. You can also order online through our Secure Paypal Storefront. We accept E-checks & automatic payment set up through your bank’s Bill Payment System. Cards are charged within 24hrs. of scheduled delivery.

~ We will not make a delivery if your card is declined or if you have an unpaid balance. All unsettled debts will be turned over to a collection agency within 30 days.

~ If you ever have a billing discrepancy, please give us a call & we will be sure to straighten it out as quickly as possible.

~ Members will receive their produce boxes at the customer specified delivery location with the requested frequency until we hear otherwise from you.

~ Any changes to your account must be done by fax, email, or by telephone.

~ Any changes to your order must be done by our deadline. Once the deadline hits we are unable to make any changes to your accounts. Our current deadline is 10PM the Sunday before your next scheduled delivery day. There is a $10 late change fee.

~ There is no commitment to Kula Fields. If you would like to cancel your account all you need to do is call, fax, or email your request. All cancellations must be made by the current deadline.

~ We will designate a delivery day based upon your location. We reserve the right to change your delivery day at any time with seven days notice. Notice will be given via phone, email, website, &/or delivery box.

~ We reserve the right to refuse delivery service to anyone, any place & any time for any reason.

~ Members do not need to be home at the time of delivery.  NON-MEMBERS must be home at the time of delivery. No cooling method will be provided by Kula Fields.

~ We do not guarantee delivery by any hour!

~ Deliveries made to offices or apartment buildings can be arranged to be left with secretaries or apartment managers. You are responsible for setting up arrangements & picking up from them.

~ We stand behind our deliveries 100%. Kula Fields offers a “Freshness Guarantee” on produce items for at least 3 days after delivery with proper storage and handling once delivered to the customer. Unsatisfied Customers will be given a credit on their Kula Fields account, with credit to be given on their next scheduled delivery date.

~ Prices & fees are subject to change without notice.

~ Drivers are not responsible for relaying messages back to the office.

~ Drivers are allowed to accept tips but only at a customers discretion. They are not expected.

~ Please be sure that you have read our policies & terms BEFORE you sign up for services. If you do not agree
with all of our policies or terms…we may not be the delivery service for you!
