Completing Your Membership Application Form – Click on SIGN UP Page to fill out the Member Application form. Prior to activation, we will call you to confirm standing order. An annual fee of *$35.00 will be invoiced on your first order to get you started. If you prefer to try us out before committing to the membership, call us or click on WHAT WE OFFER page to order online through our Secure PayPal storefront. If you love our service and decide to become a member within 2 weeks of your initial order we will credit the $7.00 delivery charge towards the $35.00 annual membership fee.

Placing Your Standing Produce Box Order – Click on SIGN UP and select the produce box of your choice and an “every week”,  “every other week”, or “once a monthy”  delivery schedule. Kula Fields offers 3 different sizes & 3 different kinds of boxes as options for a standing order. To better serve you, we inventory your likes and dislikes and prepare your box accordingly. If there is a produce item that you absolutely love or just plain hate… let us know & we will work with you.

Adding Specialty Items to Your Order – Kula Fields offers specialty grocery items from various farmers & artisans from the islands. Members can choose to add several different specialty items to their standing produce box orders. For a list of our current grocery offerings please visit our SPECIALTY GROCERY ITEMSpage. Customers MUST place a produce box order to get grocery items delivered. We encourage you to add items such as eggs as part of your standing order.

Making Changes to Your Order – Any changes such as cancelling your box, changing box sizes, or adding specialty items to your next delivery must be done by our deadline. Our current deadline is 10PM the Sunday before your next scheduled delivery day. Feel free to call, email or fax us to change your produce box order or add any grocery items. This lead time is necessary to make sure the items you request are available. There is a $10 fee for all late orders, cancellations, or box changes that are not made by the Sunday deadline. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Changing Your Delivery Schedule – Don’t worry about going on vacation for a couple of weeks. Enjoy! Just phone, email or fax us by 10PM the Sunday before your next scheduled delivery to cancel & reschedule.

Your Billing – Kula Fields accepts cash, E-checks, credit, & debit cards as forms of payment. We ask the all members maintain a debit or credit card on our files. Debit & credit card payments will be processed to the card on file on Tuesdays. Your receipts will be emailed to you Monday night but the actual processing does not occur until the batch closes on Tuesday. We will not make a delivery if your card is declined or if you have an unpaid balance. If you ever have an invoicing discrepancy, please give us a call & we will straighten it out as quickly as possible. If you prefer to pay cash, check or e-check, you will receive an invoice in your box. Grocery items added to your box will be charged separately.

Your Delivery Day– Your order will be delivered on the days and times listed on our delivery schedule for your area.  We reserve the right to change your delivery day with seven days notice via phone, email, website &/or delivery box. Drivers are not responsible for relaying messages back to the office.  Please call, email or fax any information regarding your delivery.  Drivers gladly accept tips though they are not expected.
