~ Where does your produce come from?
We buy from various farmers located within Hawaii. Every bit is local!  We know our farmers and understand their farming practices therefore, we guarantee the best.

~ How fresh is your produce?
We receive our customer orders & pick up from the farmers 24-48 hours before you receive it . It doesn’t get any fresher unless you pick it yourself.

~ Is your produce organic?
As much as possible we source organic and sustainably grown and unsprayed. A “What’s in the Box” note is included with your delivery which identifies farming practices

~ How do your prices compare?
Our prices are about the same as other stores carrying local produce. However, the convenience of home delivery and the savings on gas is invaluable.

~ Is there any minimum number of deliveries I have to commit to?
No. You are welcome to try a single delivery and you can stop your service at any time.

~ Do you deliver to my neighborhood?
Our Current Delivery Schedule:

~ Can I pick my delivery day?
No. We schedule deliveries by area to maximize efficiency while reducing our impact on the environment.

~ What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
If you are a member, we don’t expect you to be home when we deliver. Our driver will leave the box on the front step unless other delivery instructions are given. Non-members will incur a $7.00 Delivery Charge each time and they must be home to accept the box.

~ In the heat, how will the produce stay fresh?
We pack the produce boxes with ice packs, keeping it chilled for hours.

~ What should I do with my empty box?
Recycle & Re-use!  You are welcome to keep the boxes and re-use them as you see fit.  You can also fold them up and leave them out for us to collect and recycle!

~ What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards, American Express and Discover. You can also order online through our secure PayPal storefront or set-up automatic payment through your bank’s bill payment system.

~ Should I get deliveries “weekly” or “every other” week?
Weekly deliveries work well for families and people who cook most of their meals at home. For smaller households and people who eat out often every other week is usually sufficient.

~ How do I cancel a delivery?
Any order changes or cancellations must be done by our deadline of 10pm the Sunday before your next scheduled delivery.

~ Do you guarantee your service?
Yes, we offer a “Freshness Guarantee” for at least 3 days after delivery with proper storage and handling once it has been delivered.
