Fields Report: It is that time of year again…it’s cold and winter is upon us. Everything is growing very slooowly right now.

Kale should be ready in about 45 days.

Carrots about 60 days out.

Celery is gone for a while.

Lettuces are in low supply and will be through February.

Spinach in very small quantities.

Bananas….hit or miss. If you have any you’d like to sell to me, please let me know.

Citrus – Our growers are all pau (done) for the season. Might get occasionally.

Fruit, in general, is low in production right now.

Let’s all cross our fingers, hope for warm sunshine & the best winter weather possible!
